Registration is open for a class on “Cooking With Herbs” in the Exhibit Hall. Cost of the class is $12, members & volunteers $10, and must accompany registration.
Lisa Beilstein, owner of Blueberry Patch Greenhouse and Café and Gift Shop, will discuss different culinary herbs in cooking soups, entrees, desserts, appetizers, etc. Students will sample foods using various herbs and receive an herb to take home.
